Description

We offer a range of tread builders used for stitching cushion gum and building procured treads with the support of pressure, stitching, and support rollers. The machine features a Thyristor-controlled drive with a foot switch for inching and rotating the tyre. By crossing the stitching rollers, it helps release trapped air between the casing and the tread or bonding gum. Additionally, it includes a pneumatic tread cutter for precise cutting.
